Frasco® offers an interactive seminar on preventing sexual harassment, discrimination and retaliation.
Training supervisors on how to prevent claims of unlawful harassment is not only a good business practice, but is now a legal requirement in California. On September 30, 2004, Governor Schwarzenegger signed AB 1825 which mandates California employers with 50 or more employees to conduct at least two hours of anti-harassment training for all its supervisors every two years. Employers are required to complete the training by January 1, 2006.
Under the requirements of AB 1825, our seminars are interactive, effective and practical, presented by trainers or educators with the knowledge and expertise in the prevention of harassment, discrimination and retaliation.
