TIMOTHY W. HARPER
Vice President, Special Investigations Unit
Tim Harper is the Vice President of the National Special Investigations Unit. He has extensive experience in corporate defense matters such as diversion of product and substance abuse. He is experienced in the areas of Workers'; Compensation, Property and Casualty, and surveillance investigations. Tim regularly speaks on the subject of fraud awareness and identification and the effective use of surveillance.

Mr. Harper has fifteen years combined experience with the Berkeley and San Leandro Police Departments. He joined Frasco in 1991 as field investigator in the Bay Area office, became the Branch Manager of the Sacramento office in 1993 and Vice President in 2002.

Tim holds an Associate of Arts degree from Chabot College in Hayward, California and has completed many specialized training courses through the Department of Justice.
