In order to comply with the new law, an anti-harassment training program must meet the following criteria:

  1. The program must be interactive.

  2. The program must include information and practical guidance regarding the federal and state statutory provisions.

  3. The program must include practical examples aimed at instructing supervisors in the prevention of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.

  4. The program shall be presented by trainers or educators with knowledge and expertise in the prevention of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.
